Your primary responsibility will be to research and identify suitable locations,set up event logistics, and ensure the successful hosting of events on behalf of ourclients.Key Responsibilities:Event Research:● Conduct thorough research to identify ideal event locations based onclient objectives and target demographics.● Negotiate with venues and vendors to secure the best possible terms andpricing.Logistics Coordination:● Plan and coordinate event logistics, including setup, equipment, andmaterials needed for successful execution.● Ensure your event will be a positive experience for every customer.Venue Setup:● Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring they align with theclient's branding and messaging.● Manage on-site coordination to guarantee a seamless event experience.Client Interaction:● Act as a liaison between our agency and clients, providing regular updatesand seeking client input and approvals.● Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives for eachevent.Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (orequivalent experience).● Excellent organizational and project management skills.● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.● Creativity and the ability to think on your feet.● Proficiency in event planning software and tools is a plus.● Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
