This position is responsible for providing leadership to highly complex, strategic organizational design (OD) and operating model initiatives and programs for divisions and subdivisions; partnering with large divisions and/or multiple divisions on large-scale organizational redesigns of key strategic significance to the organization; providing consultative oversight to assigned projects which requires partnering with senior leaders in large divisions/or multiple divisions to drive change; contributing significantly to the development, embedment and roll-out of OD methodologies, tools and templates at an enterprise level; evaluating and diagnosing current states; identifying organizational design needs to enable transformation of strategy, structure, roles, and processes; developing future state approaches; facilitating implementation; supporting the execution of organizational design plans; providing feedback to measure the effectiveness of results; and leading, coaching and mentoring other OD team members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
:
Bachelor's degree with 7 years consulting experience in organizational design, operating model design, process design, process re-engineering, capability mapping and design, project management, or human resources.Experience leading cross-divisional, large-scale organizational transformation initiativesExperience in program design, needs assessment, performance measurement and evaluationProject management skills to organize and guide initiatives to achieve goals in a timely mannerExperience working collaborative in a diverse work groupConsultative skills and negotiation skillsVerbal, written and interpersonal communications skillsAnalytical skills including methodologies and development of toolsLeadership/management experiencePREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

Base Pay Range$97,600.00 - $176,300.00
