Join our dynamic Checkr’s Marketing team to shape our partner marketing strategy and lead execution. Your role will drive revenue growth via joint marketing efforts with existing and new partners in our ecosystem.This role will require working closely with partner, marketing, and sales teams to implement campaign plans with strategic partners. Join us and be part of an exciting journey to modernize the background check industry and build a fairer future by designing technology to create opportunities for all.What you’ll doStrategy : Create strategies to fuel growth across partner ecosystem, inform partner prioritization and develop joint marketing plans to drive product sign-ups and revenueExecution : Own campaign execution together with partners (i.e. email, webinars, events, in-product activations, paid social, etc.) and identify the budget and resources requiredMessaging :Craft compelling copy used in co-marketing programs in collaboration with partners, product marketing and content teamInnovation : Identify and pilot new initiatives with partners using marketing development funds to maximize revenue and increase sign-upsStakeholders : Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate partners into the Go-To-Market strategy and campaignsAnalytics : Measure performance and conduct analysis to assess and communicate the performance of co-marketing activities identifying areas for improvementWhat you bring6+ years of experience in partner marketing in the B2B SaaS space, preferably focused on SMB and Mid-Market segmentsProven track record of creating and executing successful partner marketing programs and building win-win relationships with partnersStrong organizational and strategic thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple projectsCourage to take the initiative, pilot and evaluate new program typesDeep understanding of the customer journey through and with a partnersCross-functional leadership and experience driving alignment across different teamsHands-on experience with GTM & digital marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, LookerWhat you’ll getA fast-paced and collaborative environmentLearning and development allowanceCompetitive cash and equity compensation and opportunity for advancement100% medical, dental, and vision coverageUp to $25K reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning servicesFlexible PTO policyMonthly wellness stipend, home office stipendAt Checkr, we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection.
