Your diversified marketing efforts would help shape our brand's public image and cultivates existing client relations. Your cross-functional campaigns will expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers' experience, and strategically position our agency... whether on social media or at community events!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.Work with the agent to identify and support local community events.Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goalsDevelop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and servicesWork with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to obtain Property and Casualty licenseAble to obtain and Life and Health licenseSales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredMarketing experience preferredAble to make presentations to potential customersProficient in social media, website, and email content generationSelf-motivatedPeople-orientedCreative in problem-solving and goal achievementExcellent in collaborative communication with team members and customersBENEFITS:

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.Our office is located in Fishers, IN.Our office is open 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday.I have been a State Farm agent since 2012.We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
