Outstanding career opportunity for a Marketing Manager with an industry leading industrial products manufacturer. This person owns all areas of marketing for the organization, supports the sales team with pricing, quotations, and presentation/marketing materials, conducts competitive market and VOC data analysis for business and product development, and ensures effective marketing content and channel utilization to achieve business goals.

The successful candidate will possess a strong action orientation, proven understanding of marketing and sales processes, excellent attention to detail, and the desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams on customer product requests and appropriate product SKU identification.Develop marketing and communication materials (product positioning, white papers, case studies, and training documentation). Utilize feedback to improve marketing content/strategy effectiveness.Complete requests for proposal (RFP) and costing and pricing analyses with cross-functional support. Manage and maintain product portfolio price book with quarterly updates.Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, working closely with web developers to ensure SEO optimization, branding, and UX. Monitor site analytics and implement strategies to improve traffic and conversion rates.Conduct competitor product analysis, identify market gaps and opportunities, and develop strategies to differentiate company products.Execute targeted Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives, synthesize data, and translate findings into actionable data to support key business decisions.Maintain current industry/emerging trend knowledge to identify and capitalize on opportunities.Oversee planning and execution of company marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.Requirements include:

4-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.3+ years of experience in industrial products marketing management, sales support, competitive analysis, marketing material development, and website project oversight.Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies.Demonstrated graphic design skills (Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus).Proven multitasking and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and pivot to meet evolving priorities.Strong analytical tool kit with advanced Excel use for marketing analysis. Familiarity with ERP systems a plus.Proficient in web development principles and experience managing website projects.Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, ability to learn and understand new products and technologies, and desire to build success in a collaborative team environment while working across multiple functional areas.Desire to learn and develop within a growing manufacturing business with complex and technical product lines.
