About the role

As a Marketing Operations Manager at Envoy, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business by driving operational excellence within our Marketing team. This isn't just about maintaining systems-it's about innovating and creating scalable processes that propel our growth. You'll be at the forefront of aligning our technology with Sales, ensuring every marketing touchpoint is impactful and attributable. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions across the company, making this a role where your contributions are both valued and visible.

Collaborating with a dynamic and cross-functional team, you'll have the opportunity to lead change management efforts that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, driving meaningful business outcomes. in our San Francisco HQ, where you'll engage with a vibrant and supportive team.You willOwn Our Marketing Technology Stack:

Manage, maintain, and optimize Marketo, Salesforce, and Bizible to support demand generation, ensuring seamless campaign execution and data accuracy. Your work will be integral to driving efficiency and scaling our operations.Drive Operational Strategy:

Develop and implement innovative strategies for lead/account scoring, attribution, tracking, and reporting, influencing the direction of our marketing operations and contributing to the company's growth.Lead Process Improvement & Change Management:

Champion initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, scaling processes across marketing programs and technologies. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding business outcomes.Ensure Data Management & Compliance:

Maintain data hygiene and quality, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and industry standards. You'll adapt and refine practices as regulations evolve, playing a key role in protecting our data integrity.Report & Analyze:

Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track funnel performance, using Bizible for accurate attribution and measurement of marketing efforts. Your insights will inform strategic decisions at the highest levels.Support Campaigns:

Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on enhancing email automation capabilities and managing complex workflows within Marketo. You'll be a driving force behind our campaign success.Provide Technical Support:

Troubleshoot and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems, ensuring they perform at peak efficiency. Your technical expertise will be critical to our operational success.Collaborate & Train:

Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to align marketing operations with business goals. Develop training materials and documentation for the marketing team, empowering them to excel in their roles.You areExperienced:

You have a minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in marketing operations within the SaaS industry. You bring a wealth of knowledge and a track record of success to the table.Technically Proficient:

You possess advanced expertise in Marketo, Salesforce, and Bizible, with familiarity in tools like 6sense/Demandbase, LeanData, Chilipiper, Drift, Google Analytics, and Jira. Your technical skills are top-notch, and you're always eager to learn more.Analytical:

You have strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with a data-driven mindset focused on metrics like LTV, ROI, and business impact. Your insights drive real results and strategic decisions.Collaborative:

You excel at managing cross-functional projects and developing highly collaborative relationships across teams. You thrive in a team environment and are passionate about contributing to a positive company culture.Detail-Oriented:

You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple projects with a focus on efficiency and process. Your attention to detail ensures nothing falls through the cracks.Adaptable:

Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in the

San Francisco Bay Area,

our expected cash compensation for this role is

$133,450- $152K

( Annually).Final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
