Overview

The

Director of Digital Marketing & Marketplaces

will be responsible for the consumer acquisition marketing strategy for the

HEYDUDE

Brand, focusing on driving traffic and sales growth by providing personalized consumer journeys and an efficient consumer experience. This role will orchestrate the strategy, planning, budgeting and critical metrics for all performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a strong leader capable of both shaping and executing the vision of HEYDUDE's consumer acquisition strategy, building an outstanding Digital Acquisition team to maximize profitability and scalability.

What You'll Do

Optimize and grow performance marketing across digital and marketplace channelsDevelop and execute strategies for Dotcom, Amazon, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces to expand market shareLead acquisition marketing to boost traffic, engagement, and new customer conversionsOversee weekly and monthly KPIs, ensuring alignment with goals and budgetManage digital agency to deliver top-tier acquisition strategiesAlign Brand Marketing with Acquisition efforts for seamless integrationUtilize consumer segmentation and personalization in acquisition channelsImplement a test-and-learn approach to drive continuous growthCultivate a supportive environment for the training and development of the Digital Acquisition teamCollaborate across all trading channels to deliver conversion-focused customer journeysLead performance creative strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and acquisition goalsBalance short-term performance targets with long-term brand awareness strategiesDrive strategic execution across functional teams within and beyond DigitalWhat You'll Bring to the Table

BA or BS in business, marketing or related field7+ years in B2C Digital Acquisition role with shown success in achieving growth/acquisition targetsPrior experience running and developing Digital Marketing talentProven record of crafting annual Digital Acquisition budget aligned with both department and company performance goalsSteadfast appetite for optimization; willing to challenge conventional wisdom and organizational assumptions through testing and analysis to improve the consumer shopping experienceThrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity; as Hey Dude continues to evolve, Digital Acquisition strategies and organizational structure will need to follow!Consummate teammate that understands what it means to win together.Find-a-Way mentality: How Might We vs. Why Can't We?Able to establish positive relationships with cross-functional partners, advocate for eCommerce initiatives and objectives

Salary or Pay Range: $170,000 - $180,000

Workplace Persona: Collaborator

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
