This position will have the option to work a hybrid schedule, with one or two days from home after three months of employment, with the remainder working in our office out of Schaumburg, IL.

Digital Marketing Specialist
that is ready to leverage their associated skills in a dynamic and collaborative workplace environment.
BISCO is an internationally recognized manufacturer of medical devices for the dental industry, specializing in the advancement and research of adhesive and composite technology.
Our Digital Marketing Specialist will play an important part in helping us grow.
This position will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels.
Salary range:
$56K to $67K commensurate with experienceBenefits:

The job responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:
Managing social media:
content creation, scheduling and community engagementimplementation of organic social media strategycreation and curation of copy, images, video and content for social media postslisten / engage in relevant social discussions regarding our company, our products, our industry, and our competitorsdrive consistent and relevant traffic and leads from our social networkfoster relationships with outside influencersmanage social media campaigns and report on the performance of these efforts
Managing paid advertising campaigns:
develop, implement, and manage campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedInensure budget efficiency and effectivenessmonitor and analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ROI
Email marketing:
develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversionscreate compelling and personalized email content, including copy, images, and CTAs, to maximize open and click-through ratesmonitor and analyze email performance metricsensure all email campaigns comply with current email marketing regulations and best practicesutilize marketing automation tools to streamline and scale email marketing efforts
Content creation:
create and curate engaging content for various digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goalscollaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality digital assets including graphics, videos, and blog postsoptimize content for SEO and lead generation
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Public Relations3+ years of digital marketing experienceGeneral computer skills (Windows, email, internet); proficiency in MS Office and other business applicationsHubSpot and Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferredProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business ManagerExperience managing PPC, organic social media content and email marketingStrong understanding of SEO and SEMExcellent written and verbal communication skillsInnovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trendsStrong analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWHY BISCO, INC.?Bisco, Inc. stands out because of our culture and core values:
