The JOB:
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator will be supporting the Marketing efforts for two properties; Estancia La Jolla and L'Auberge De Mar. This energetic, highly-organized, and creative marketing coordinator will manage and assist produce content for the properties' digital and print marketing efforts, social media strategies, as well as the collateral and marketing needs. This position plays a vital role in the development, implementation, and execution of the strategic marketing plan for a selection of diverse, highly-programmed boutique and resort hotel properties.

The OFFER:

Requirements
• Fosters a passion for travel and hospitality, with past experience working in the hotel setting
• Enjoys working on a fast paced, dynamic, creative and fun-loving team
• Strong organizational, time management and effectively prioritize with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment to meet deadlines
• Experience writing and executing marketing or social media campaigns
• Copywriting experience required
• Project management experience a plus
• Familiar with Google Analytics
• Detail-oriented and organized; you're someone who strives for accuracy and efficiency with strong time management skills
• Thorough understanding of social media and digital marketing channels
• Solid computer skills including competence with MS Office Suite
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Exemplary project management skills, interpersonal skills, and community engagement skills
• Experience working with diverse outside clients or remote internal team; able to collaborate well via phone and digitally
• Strong desire to deliver high-quality guest service
• Strong sense of professionalism with ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments and deadlines
