About the Role

The Channel Marketing Coordinator collaborates on the development and implementation of omni-channel marketing strategies to build brand awareness and traffic with each retailer to maximize growth potential, fuel long term profitability and build brand equity. The Coordinator will assist in driving activations by leveraging global innovation and assets, analytics, consumer data, competitive research, and retailer needs focusing on priority accounts and supporting the smaller volume accounts across both Laura Mercier and BUXOM Cosmetics.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, sampling execution, visual merchandising updates, promotional activities, in-store events and product launches in the North America (NA) market in collaboration with the channel marketing team.Coordinate product requests from various cross-functional teams.Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and gain support for retailer initiatives, exclusives, sampling, and collateral/in-store event needs for launches in NA.Coordinate and support Market Week including retailer presentations, room setup, product comp distribution, gratis, and post-market follow-ups.Maintain integrated marketing calendar in close partnership with sell-in, retailer.com, and brand marketing teams.Coordinate visual merchandising creative direction and product assortment and add/ delete files, partnering with VM team to brief and route all merchandising materials, copy, and layouts for approval.Request and consolidate VM issues from field team and communicate to VM team and share out with retailer partners.Contribute to retailer and internal meeting preparation including gathering necessary information, creating agendas, facilitating discussions, and managing follow ups in partnership with cross functional teams.Manage ad hoc requests including but not limited to managing comps, image and copy requests from retailer and internal cross functional partners.Assist in co-op advertising proof reviews.Oversee setup on shade matching tools such as GlamLab, ColorIQ, Shade Finder with Retailer.com team.Monitor best practices and competitive activity in Beauty and Luxury sector, identify opportunities in product, branding, social and in-store initiatives.Own smaller volume retailer accounts including Bloomingdales, Blue Mercury, Neiman Marcus, Shopbop and Revolve with oversight from both Channel Associate Manager and Manager.Support internal Spa team day to day requests.Key Stakeholders

Pay Transparency

- One of our values is Stark Honesty and the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $51,500 – $77,500. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
