The Opportunity

DAT is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team team in Denver, CO.

We're looking for someone who is intrepid about delivering a great customer experience, and who is accomplished at driving marketing strategy to deliver on business goals.

Our products have been transforming an industry for decades; this role will influence how that happens, both now and in the future.

This is your chance to serve as the customer and market champion for a suite of SaaS solutions on the Carrier segment, and to be the product voice and face of DAT to the marketplace. We want someone who can be customer obsessed with our carrier segment and advocate for truckers in the supply chain who keep loads running nationwide.

What You'll DoAct as customer-obsessed champion for the carrier segment, deeply empathizing and understanding the needs of truckers, fleets, their businesses and pain points as your core mission.Create B2C/B2B marketing strategies for DAT target segments, products, and services. Support the mobilization of key segments within marketing.Monitor and demonstrate command of competitive landscape, respective positioning needs, compelling value propositions and statements. Build claims that resonate.Set goals, brief, and implement data-driven strategies that support demand generating campaigns.Work in concert with demand generation team (who builds integrated marketing plans) to set KPIs, while monitoring and ensuring performance optimization against OKRs. Understand what drives leads down the funnel for both sales and ecommerce and build programs in concert with demand generation leads that deliver on target, on time.Understand the product and platforms in and out, while acting as point on real-time releases (and their internal/external communication). Develop POV on customer experience impacts.Drive product positioning, messaging, branding/naming, etc.; lead beta programs.Collaborate and build bridges with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Finance partners.Support sales channels to increase market share, volume, and product profitability. Empathize and build strategies that support sales team objectives for continuity.Act as a market proxy by driving innovative new ideas that anticipate seasonal cycles, while adapting for real time events, using qualitative and quantitative market research.Ensure launch readiness by facilitating customer tests and trials, craft supporting sales enablement and communications tools/collateral and leading EOL plans for retired features.Support content optimization on top-visited dat.com carrier pages.Create high-impact messaging that inspires people to take action.Lead events planning and customer experience.The Skills and Experience You'll Bring

10+ years of product marketing experience in software or marketplace/platform businesses. SaaS and mobile background are paramount.Excellence in developing go-to-market campaigns that drive market share.The ability to tie customer intent to product marketing plans that ensure business results.Experience developing offering and monetization models and product forecasts.Proven track record in product marketing strategy. Plus how to drive and measure acquisition, retention, upsell and cross-sell marketing motions.Demonstrated success developing compelling product launches and go-to-market plans.In-the-weeds experience developing customer experience requirements for SaaS products.Success building sales enablement tools that highlight competitive advantage and create wins.Thorough knowledge of supply chain seasonality and trends.Expert marketer who knows how to use analytics and insights to create great products.Deep knowledge of the sales process, and how it aligns with product marketing strategies.Analytics; the knowhow to define and access metrics, and to convert data insights into action.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and to create synergy with Sales and Marketing.(This role does not have any direct reports, but management experience is preferred.)Well-rounded software skills in project management (eg. smartsheets), building compelling presentations/data storytelling, and spreadsheets.Supply chain, logistics, carrier, or freight industry experience is a plus.Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.Why DAT?

For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the

minimum salary

for this role is $125,000.00 + benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
