Description

The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of all foundation messaging, outreach, marketing and positioning across a full spectrum of communications activities to grow and leverage a presence in areas of paid, earned, owned and shared media. You will lead the development of innovative strategies that serve to both grow and elevate the GBC's brands in key audience segments; drive revenue; and build an engaged and supportive community.

Responsibilities

Create and Implement brand identities that promote brand continuity both physically and digitally for the GBC as a parent brand and individual brands within GBC.

KPI - Brand Identity Books, Increases Revenue from Marketing Sources

Manage all conversion funnels for companies on the service titan system to increases calls, increase bookings, increase lifetime value of a customer (repeat customers)

KPIs - Increased of Leads = Increased Booked Jobs within service Titan

Work with a cross functional team (Operations, Services, Sales, HR) to establish growth strategies to support ZoomUp brand's aggressive revenue goals to expand throughout the southeast (and beyond).

KPIs - MEP Playbooks

Manage external agencies for web development, Video production/ Photography, graphic design, online reputation and promotional items.

KPIs -Volume of Projects Managed and Produced

Web Development: Increased leads and revenue from website, Increased Organic Website TrafficVideo Production: Increase leads for jobs or recruitment candidates from watching video, Video Views, Clicks Website from Watching VideosGraphic Design/ Promotional Items: Increased conversion from booking > sale using sales material, volume of design request managed delivered.

Manage, create and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns to promote lead generation and revenue goals. Plan, orchestrate and align the cross functional team (Operations, Services, Sales, HR) to execute marketing strategies and campaigns to grow leads and sales.

KPIs - depending on goal of the campaign KPI's could be list Increased Calls, Increased Booking Rates, Increased Engagement Of Social Media Accounts, Increase Volume Of Positive Reviews, Increased Revenue, Increase Social Media Presence/ Following, Increased Website Traffic, Increased Volume of Jobe Per Location, Lead Generation

Manage Marketing Project manager and marketing team, overall digital and physical presence of branding and content creation to promote education, engagement, lead generation and overall growth strategy initiatives for GBC and Zoom Up Brands.

KPIs -Volume of New Markets Launches, New Market Launch Success Rating (gant/ project performance )

Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.

KPIs- Decreased Cost Per Lead, Decreased Cost Per Conversion, Increased Revenue From Marketing Sources

Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from data to team members, management, and owners.

KPIs - Monthly // Quarterly Reports, improved conversions based off recommendations

Requirements

Language Skill

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.

Mathematical Skill

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Reasoning Skill

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Computer Skill Level

• Proficient with a PC, Microsoft Office products, as well as to learn and adapt to our software such as service titan.

Physical Demands

• This position requires regular sitting, use of hands, speaking and hearing. Frequent standing, walking, and reaching. Occasionally you may need to lift up to 25 lbs.

Education and or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in marketing

• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with a deep understanding of integrated marketing approaches

• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and interpersonal skills
