a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator/ Digital Traffic Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. In this role, you will be a key player in managing and optimizing the flow of marketing projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams including Creative, Merchandising, and Business Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate, track, and streamline processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:Project Management:

Oversee multiple calendars and timelines to guarantee the smooth and efficient completion of projects. Assist the Campaign Specialist in managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.Meeting Coordination:

Schedule and manage cross-functional meetings for the campaign team. Prepare and distribute clear agendas, meeting recaps, and campaign decks as assigned.Documentation:

Track and document action items to ensure accurate deliverables. Capture key decisions and follow-up tasks during meetings.Calendar and Project Plan Coordination:

Help maintain and update Seasonal and Thematic Calendars and Project Plans to ensure organizational awareness and alignment.Collaboration:

Work closely with Marketing partners to prioritize work, manage key projects, and resolve timing or workload concerns.Support Leadership:

Assist department leadership with special projects as required.Key Skills and Qualifications:

Project Management:

Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.Concise Note-Taking:

Ability to capture and document key meeting points and action items effectively.Preferred Experience:

Experience working in Workfront or similar project management tools.Previous experience in a Marketing Operations role or similar environment.Ability to navigate complex projects with ease, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.Proven track record of improving and scaling processes in a fast-paced environment.

Typical Day in the Role:

A typical day for a Digital Traffic Specialist involves assisting the Campaign Specialist in managing project timelines, coordinating calendars, distributing agendas and notes, and ensuring the smooth routing of campaigns across various departments for review. You will also be responsible for processing projects in Workfront, building campaign decks, and attending regular process meetings to ensure alignment and progress across all teams.
