We are seeking a dynamic and strategic

Senior Product Marketing Manager

to drive transformation in the Work Management (WM) & Visual Collaboration space with AI (Copilot). This role is pivotal in helping our business drive usage in Copilot and increase the user base for our Courseware Marketplace(CWM) & Visual Collab offering, spanning multiple products including Planner, Project, Visio, Whiteboard & Loop.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive the adoption and usage of Copilot, enhancing our WM product portfolio.

Align marketing strategies with our new business strategy of driving transformation in the Collaborative Work Management space with AI.

Product Messaging and Positioning:

Develop and execute comprehensive product messaging and positioning strategies spanning products for growing the core business and generating interest and pipeline for innovation.

Craft compelling narratives that highlight the unique value propositions of AI powered Work Management & Visual Collab offerings ensuring consistency across all marketing channels

Collaboration:

Collaborate with various teams working on M365 Copilot marketing, Team Copilot marketing, and integrate our narrative tightly with the Copilot story.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Showcasing:

Showcase our business in key moments and places, highlighting the value and impact of our solutions.

Help the business be showcased in those places and moments that matter.

Leadership:

Lead the marketing efforts under the Collaboration Copilot team, responsible for creating a step change in the business using Team Copilot.

Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business

OR equivalent experience.

3+ years creating product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies, preferably in the technology or software industry.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business

OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business

OR equivalent experience.

Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches.

Adaptive leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Proven communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
