Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Go-to-Market Leadership: Own and drive the go-to-market strategy for Kyriba's product portfolio, collaborating with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.Product Positioning, Messaging, and Storytelling: Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging for Kyriba's solutions that clearly articulate the benefits to target audiences and differentiate Kyriba in the financial services market. Craft compelling product stories that resonate with customers, leveraging narrative techniques to convey the value and impact of Kyriba's offerings in a way that is engaging and memorable.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, product, sales, and customer success to align on product goals, ensuring a consistent and cohesive approach to marketing efforts across the organization.Market Insights and Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Use these insights to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.Customer Engagement and Advocacy: Build strong relationships with key customers and industry influencers. Develop and manage customer reference programs, case studies, and testimonials that highlight the success of Kyriba's solutions.Content Strategy and Development: Oversee the creation of high-impact content, including thought leadership pieces, product collateral, and sales enablement tools that support the entire customer journey from awareness to advocacy.Sales Enablement: Equip the sales enablement team with the tools, training, and content they need to effectively communicate Kyriba's product offerings and value propositions to the sales team. This includes the development of sales presentations, product demos, competitive battle cards, and other resources.Performance Tracking and Optimization: Establish key metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives. Analyze in-app and campaign performance data to continuously optimize strategies and tactics for improved ROI and business impact.Product Evangelism: Act as a primary spokesperson and product evangelist for Kyriba, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.Strategic Planning: Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by providing product-specific input that aligns with corporate goals, ensuring that product marketing activities are aligned with Kyriba's long-term vision and growth objectives.Education, Experience & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Product Marketing qualification or MBA is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience, ideally within the finance or fintech industry.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including knowledge of treasury management, financial risk management, and SaaS solutions.Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a strong focus on delivering results.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling stories for a variety of audiences.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, building strong relationships across functions.Tech Savvy: Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing technologies.Base compensation for this role is: $194,500.00 - $245,950.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive.
