We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Marketing & Digital Innovation Ninja to lead our marketing team and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through innovative marketing and advertising strategies. The Director of Marketing & Digital Innovation will oversee the planning, development, and execution of both in-office and field marketing campaigns, including event marketing, trade shows, street campaigns, and other direct engagement efforts.

This role requires a keen understanding of mobile app marketing and paid ad experience working in e-commerce, B2C and B2B verticals.

As a Director of Marketing, you should have a strong grasp of the full marketing mix, including digital, traditional, and experiential strategies. You must be skilled in consumer behavior analysis, strategic planning, and paid advertising, including SEM, social media ads, and display advertising. Strong leadership, project management, and expertise in data-driven decision-making are essential, with a focus on analyzing ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your efforts will drive brand awareness, generate leads, and boost revenue growth. By executing effective marketing campaigns and optimizing strategies based on ROI and KPI analysis, you will enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and Implement Strategies : Create and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and market share.Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the marketing team, aligning efforts with company goals.Market Research and Analysis : Conduct research, analyze data, and adjust strategies to identify opportunities and measure campaign effectiveness.Event and Field Marketing : Oversee planning and execution of events, trade shows, and field marketing.Collaborate on Advertising : Work with design and content teams to produce compelling advertising materials.Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and optimize CAC and ROAS.Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and media agencies; monitor competitors.Digital Marketing : Develop and implement digital strategies, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and online ads.Presentations : Prepare and deliver marketing presentations to stakeholders.Partner Marketing : Lead partner marketing strategies, including brief writing, media planning, and execution. Manage proposals, negotiations, and communications.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Business Development, Creative, Legal, Marketing, Ops, and Product teams to align on partner strategies.Portfolio Management : Oversee partner relationships and explore expansion opportunities.Performance Analysis : Conduct partner marketing analyses and brand lift studies to inform new opportunities.Project Task : If required as part of the interview process, complete a real-life based project with compensation provided for the effort.REQUIREMENTS:

Location: On-site NYC HQ Gesture OfficeExperience: Must have experience with marketing and advertising to E-Commerce & Mobile App - B2C, D2C and B2B customers.Minimum: 5 years in marketing, with leadership experience (e.g., Director of Marketing, VP of Marketing) preferred. Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing and digital paid ad campaigns.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Skills and Competencies :

Digital Marketing : Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online paid advertising.Strategic and Analytical Thinking : Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and analyze data to optimize ROI, CAC, and ROAS.Execute Projects:

Ability to strategically plan and execute projects across five key aspects of Marketing:

Traditional MarketingDigital Marketing (including email marketing, social media, and social media paid ads)Brand and CreativePartnership MarketingData Management.

Leadership and Project Management : Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and collaborating with design and content teams.Communication : Strong verbal and written skills for effective presentations and stakeholder engagement.Key Qualities :
