About the Role: Join Mochi Health as an Associate UI/UX Designer and help us create intuitive, user-friendly experiences that make healthcare more accessible and effective. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to design interfaces that are not only beautiful but also functional. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven company.

What You'll Do:

Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are visually appealing and easy to useConduct user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisionsDevelop wireframes and prototypes to illustrate design ideas and workflowsCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet user needs and business goalsContribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across all platformsContinuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to improve the user experienceWho You Are:
