What does a successful VP of Product Marketing & Sales Enablement do at Fiserv?

This VP of Product Marketing & Sales Enablement plays a key role in leading and executing marketing strategies tailored to our Money Network business. At Fiserv, we work hard to simplify the payments process and optimize cost for our clients with 100% electronic payment delivery. Our comprehensive portfolio of solutions helps businesses replace paper check and supports more than 2.9 million cardholders nationwide transact over $20 billion annually.

What you will do:

Lead the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing plans in alignment with overarching business objectives and growth strategies within government, corporate, and consumer segments.

Strategically monitor and analyze sales channel performance to identify opportunities for optimization and devise initiatives that drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Spearhead innovative demand generation strategies through well-crafted, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within the Money Network business segment.

Develop and execute strategic cardholder campaigns that optimize the spending mix and influence desired cardholder behaviors through lifecycle marketing strategies, contributing to long-term customer loyalty and revenue generation goals.

Drive the development of high-impact sales and marketing materials that effectively articulate unique product value propositions to target audiences, aligning with strategic business goals.

Oversee the strategic development and design of Cardholder Agreements and other cardholder collateral and disclosure materials, ensuring compliance and leveraging them as tools to enhance brand credibility and market positioning.

Establish and enforce comprehensive branding standards and guidelines to uphold a consistent and impactful brand presence across all marketing materials and communications.

What you will need to have:

10+ years of experience in product marketing and sales enablement or related roles.

10+ years of experience in the prepaid industry.

Experience in the financial industry or related sectors.

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies to drive business growth.

What would be great to have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent combination of experience, education and military.

Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the fintech industry.

Certification in product marketing or sales enablement.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
