Position Summary:

InEight, a leader in construction management software, is on the lookout for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a B2B SaaS background. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives on understanding and transforming product features into compelling market strategies that drive adoption and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this position would be based in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities:

Product Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that enhance product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction.

Sales Enablement:

Provide the sales team with essential tools and content, such as product slicks, pitch decks, battle cards and demo videos, empowering them to effectively communicate the value proposition and achieve sales objectives.

Collaboration with Product Management:

Work closely with the product management team to grasp detailed product features, benefits, and the roadmap. Translate these elements into persuasive marketing positioning and messaging that resonate with the target audience.

Content Development:

Spearhead the creation of impactful external-facing content such as case studies, webinars, and articles. Simultaneously, maintain and update internal product marketing resources to ensure alignment and informed enablement across teams.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform and refine product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Campaign and Impact Measurement:

Design and oversee marketing campaigns tailored to product launches and ongoing promotion. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and adapt strategies based on analytical insights.

Support for Marketing Initiatives:

Actively support various marketing initiatives, including partnerships, events, and digital marketing efforts, to maximize reach and impact. Lead cross-functional commercialization meetings with Sales, Product, and Services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in construction or construction technology is a plus.

4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing and/or sales enablement within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with exposure to construction or construction technology.

Demonstrated ability to develop strategic marketing plans and enablement assets across a variety of formats that deliver tangible results.

Deep understanding of buyer personas, product positioning, the B2B buyer journey and strategies to enhance product adoption.

Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to make informed marketing decisions.

Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, concise, and compelling messages.

Proven ability as a self-starter to manage multiple projects and embrace change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

A keen eye for design, proven experience creating high-performing content and collateral.
