At Exiger we're looking for a Product Designer to bring best of breed UX to all our products. The Product Designer will work across the organization and with internal and external customers to deliver our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Work with multiple stakeholders from product management and product development as well as our business stakeholders to understand and define the UX for new features added to existing product(s) or new product releasesDefine and implement a full product design cycle from UX research & usability testing, to design concept, through creating a pixel-perfect UI, and provide final hand-off to development.Perform visual QA upon delivery of new product featuresPresent design ideas and concepts to key stakeholders as part of the UX refinement process.Ensure design consistency across products by ensuring that design kits and process are available across key stakeholders in the SDLC processRun research exercises with new or existing customers to confirm and inform product design conceptsWork on multiple design projects at the same time while being able to understand how best to prioritize competing responsibilitiesBe a self-starter that capable of building out the team in the future but is also comfortable to do what needs to be done to ensure deliveries stay on task todayImplement a culture of UX design quality and consistency across all products in the platformKnowledge & Skills

Experience with best of breed UX design toolingStrong organizational skills, including an ability to prioritize and work under pressureAbility to effectively handle multiple activities and projectsProven ability to work well, both individually and within a team environmentStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly and effectivelyStrong initiative and self-motivationStrong executive written, verbal and interpersonal skillsTrack record of being able to conduct user interviews and summarize those findings for utilization in the design processProven experience applying user-centric UX methodologies, with ability to extract and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to improve the user experienceProfessional Experience Required

A bachelor's degree5+ years working as part of a product or design team for a SaaS productProven project management and superior communication skillsExperience working as part of an embedded designer on an agile product teamProven ability to quickly learn and adapt to a dynamic environmentProficient written and verbal English language skills.Proficient in Figma, Envision, Sketch, and Pendo.We're an amazing place to work.
