JOB PURPOSE

Drive Shack Inc. is looking for a dynamic Marketing Activations Manager to spearhead our marketing activation initiatives. This pivotal role focuses on delivering unforgettable consumer experiences through inventive marketing activations that not only drive engagement but also reinforce our brand's message. The ideal candidate will be adept in experiential marketing, campaign creation, and a wizard in event management, all while keeping our brand values at the forefront.

RESPONSIBILITIESExperiential Marketing:

Ideate and implement engaging experiential marketing strategiesto foster customer engagement and build brand loyalty.Campaign Development:

Conceptualize, launch, and oversee comprehensivecampaigns from inception to on-site activation, ensuring consistency with Drive ShackInc.'s brand ethos.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with the Marketing Activations Manager, CreativeStrategist, Director of Marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive andeffective marketing programs.Activation Support:

Provide crucial on-site support during activations to ensure thesmooth execution of marketing initiatives.Customer Engagement:

Craft interactive marketing activations that effectivelycommunicate the brand's message to the intended demographic.Influencer Management:

Strategize and execute influencer partnerships to amplify brandreach and authenticity. Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns toensure alignment with marketing goals.Programming:

Create compelling programming and content for events and activationsthat resonate with the target audience, driving both engagement and brand affinity.Partnerships:

Identify and secure strategic partnerships that can elevate brandactivations, leveraging these relationships to enhance event exposure and impact.Asset Management:

Oversee all marketing assets required for activations, ensuring theyalign with the brand and are procured on schedule.Performance Analysis:

Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activations, generatingdetailed reports on their performance and ROI, to guide future strategies.Budget Management:

Administer the activations budget diligently, ensuring spendingaligns with projections and yields satisfactory returns.Organizing and Overseeing Field Marketing Initiatives:

Plan, execute, and manage fieldmarketing efforts, bringing the brand directly to consumers through well-coordinatedevents and promotions in targeted locations.Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or relatedfield.At least 3 years' experience in experiential marketing, influencer marketing, or relatedroles.Proven track record of executing successful marketing activations that bolster brandperception and engage audiences.Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyunder tight deadlines.Effective communicator and collaborator, able to forge strong relationships with internalteams, external partners, and vendors.Innovative and strategic thinker, able to develop creative solutions for engaging diverseaudiences.Proficient in analyzing activation performance, with a solid understanding of marketresearch and consumer insights.Willingness to travel for activations and events as required.Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience guiding teams and managingcontracted workersWhat We Offer:
