Total Health Dental Care is hiring a Marketing Coordinator/Specialist.

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-Based)

Compensation: $30 - $40/hour (1099 Contract, with potential for full-time employment and career advancement)

As we expand, we are looking for a versatile and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator/Specialist to join our team. This fully remote, 1099 contract role offers flexibility, the opportunity to learn, and the potential to grow into more senior positions within the company.

As a Marketing Coordinator/Specialist, you will be an essential part of our marketing team, assisting with a wide range of tasks that require adaptability and a proactive mindset. You'll manage website updates, coordinate with the call center team, handle various administrative tasks, and support our marketing initiatives. This role is dynamic and involves frequent pivots, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:Website Management: Maximize user experience and SEO by maintaining and updating our websites. Work with SquareSpace to add and optimize new web pages.Customer Interaction Insights: Listen to new customer conversations to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.Review and NPS Monitoring: Regularly review customer feedback and Net Promoter Scores to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaboration with Call Center: Work closely with the call center team to enhance conversion rates and provide ongoing training to improve team performance.PPC Collaboration: Collaborate with the PPC team to ensure campaigns are delivering a strong ROI, with an emphasis on tracking and analysis.Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events.Data Analysis: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights to the team.Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as moving Yelp and Google accounts for acquired businesses, forwarding websites, coordinating meetings, managing marketing calendars, and maintaining databases.Hiring and Training: Outsource, hire, and train new team members, ensuring they are well-integrated and aligned with our goals.Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role or related internship.Education: A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.Technical Skills: Excellent technology and organizational skills, with the ability to self-learn and master management platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly between tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.Why Join Us?
