ROLE SUMMARY

TIVDAK is a treatment for patients with recurrent/metastatic cervical cancer that received FDA approval in September 2021 and launched with our co-promote partner, Genmab. TIVDAK volume and utilization has grown quarter over quarter since its approval and continues to deliver growth in early 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a fast-paced, co-promote with a high performing team and to support patients with advanced cervical cancer.

The TIVDAK Team is seeking a highly motivated Director, US Marketing and Alliance Operations. This new role will be responsible for ensuring commercial excellence in project and relationship management (external partnerships and alliances), as well as leading key HCP marketing initiatives. This individual will work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to coordinate, manage, and deliver seamless execution of commercial strategic objectives. The Director will also be accountable for continuously improving global processes that ensure high quality support of company strategies and objectives.

The role will report to the US Team Lead for TIVDAK.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as partner coordination point, working closely with Alliance management, internal team members, and senior leaders to manage and advance joint goals and deliverables. Accountable for ensuring seamless communication and execution between commercial teams and broader alliance efforts.

Lead multiple HCP marketing workstreams, while providing input on strategy, tactical planning, and the ongoing efforts to drive innovation, optimize reach and customer engagement with invested tactics.

Lead the coordination of day-to-day alliance activities, ensuring successful execution of deliverables and progress to defined objectives. Ensure operating norms (e.g. communication, decision making) for partner interactions are established and adhered to.

Proactively monitor and communicate contractual obligations and deliverables to relevant stakeholders to ensure responsibilities met in accordance with terms of collaboration.

Partner closely with team members to ensure joint decisions are implemented in alignment with product goals, alliance operating principles and contractual terms.

Drive joint process management including proactively identifying potential conflicts and managing issues to resolution while fostering and maintaining collaborative working relationships. Facilitate effective governance and decision making.

Facilitate the identification, management, and communication of key risks, associated mitigation, contingency plans, and appropriate escalation in partnership with program alliance managers.

Work closely with internal joint committee members, functional leaders, and leadership to ensure ongoing alignment, prepare for key engagements, and manage points of operational friction.

Collaborate with members across the program to develop and maintain high-quality, project plans that align with overall program goals and commercialization strategies and drive communication, scenario planning and decision making accordingly.

Implement stage appropriate and value-added processes, best practices, commercial frameworks, and appropriate cadences to increase efficiency and consistency of commercial processes/deliverables.

Oversee project management leadership and support for key commercial activities including functional sub-teams, working group meetings, commercial launch planning, and various commercial projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or related industry - experience in oncology is desirable.

Demonstrated skills in operationalizing data management for sharing across organizations.

Marketing and sales experience preferred.

People management or cross-functional leadership experiences in related functions is strongly preferred.

Experience working on alliances and/or executing complex commercial agreements required.

Experience with global partners preferred.

Experience working with and managing cross-functional teams, including senior leadership and joint leadership committees, to accomplish shared goals required.

Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to rapidly develop and implement solutions that support product, team, corporate and alliance objectives.

A proactive and agile thinker, with strong facilitation, problem-solving and issue resolution skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to facilitate internal and external alignment, as well as effectively and diplomatically negotiate and resolve conflict.

Highly collaborative with outstanding communication and relationship management skills, high emotional intelligence.

Proven ability to influence teams without formal authority.

The individual must be able to travel. Minimum of 25% of international and domestic travel required.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $248,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
