Job Description:

The

Senior Manager, Brand & Communications

is responsible for managing our brand, communications, messaging, and product launch campaigns, with a focus on supporting our regional marketing efforts associated with this $200M+ portfolio of products comprised of 3D Imaging, Digital Sensors, Intraoral Scanning, and Software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, strategic communications, and campaign execution. This role works within a remote team across the US and office space is available if located in Quakertown, PA or Brea, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand equity and awareness.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Communications:

Create and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with business objectives.

Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media.

Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and public relations efforts.

Messaging:

Develop clear and compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency across all marketing materials.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor messaging.

Product Launch Campaigns:

Plan and execute product launch campaigns, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Coordinate with product development, sales, and regional marketing teams to ensure successful launches.

Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.

Regional Marketing Support:

Collaborate with regional marketing teams to tailor strategies and campaigns for North American and European markets.

Provide guidance and support to ensure regional marketing efforts align with global brand and communication strategies.

Monitor regional market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements:

Minimum requirements include:

Minimum 5+ years of related experience in Marketing; medical device or dental sector is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred

3+ years of experience leading people

Proven track record of successful product launch campaigns.

Strong understanding of North American and European markets.

Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in communications and operational execution.

Strong analytical skills used to drive decision-making and report effectiveness, with proficiency in marketing software and tools.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

Ability to write reports and business correspondence

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, sales team members, customers, and the general public

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
