We are looking for an experienced communications professional to be a part of our talented, inclusive, and supportive Employee Communications team. The

Strategic Communications Manager

position is a hybrid role, with minimal day-to-day supervision positioned to drive consistent messaging internally across the organization. While our ideal candidate will have experience with engineering and construction communications, what’s most important is your ability to develop clear and concise communications, to work with high-level stakeholders, and to collaborate across a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

Develops proactive communications strategy and channel delivery with business leadership including strategy, finance, and operations

Collaborates with segment marketing managers to align internal communications with external marketing campaigns to drive consistency of message

Prepares content including presentations, videos, and other communications-related materials in support of leadership and alignment with business strategy. Partners with all members of the Employee Communications team to proactively identify, create, and publish content.

Management Responsibilities

Acts in capacity of a "lead person." Does not have management responsibility for the people to whom they provide work direction.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience

6+ years progressive experience, including 2+ years supervisory

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or marketing. Experience in the E&C industry or B2B space.

Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong written and verbal communications skills including strong editorial skills.

Strong knowledge of communications concepts and strategy.

Proven ability to develop consistent messaging aligned to business strategy.

Requires advanced knowledge of company services, communication strategies and business lines.
