CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric marketing leader to drive the B2B and B2C marketing strategy for the Payor Solutions portfolio. The portfolio is a growing and core component of the Care Delivery strategy, and includes solutions for population health, rare and complex conditions, cardio-metabolic health management and Quality measures.

As the Lead Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping the marketing strategy and delivering integrated campaigns, across audiences, in alignment with the growth objectives of the business. You will create a best-in-class buying experience for clients as well as a personalized member experience to drive enrollment and continued engagement.

You’ll work cross-functionally to build and execute strategies and integrated campaigns based on market research, insights and best practices that incorporate multiple channels with measurable results.

As a people leader of 2-3 direct reports, you will also build the marketing roadmap and prioritize input to ensure the team is focused on delivering high-quality, high-value strategies and campaigns.

This is a dynamic and evolving environment, and the successful candidate will enjoy balancing short-term needs with long-term vision. Additionally, you will be adept at navigating a highly matrixed organization and a master at developing marketing strategies that deliver results.

This is a hybrid position - working 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at one of our hub locations (Woonsocket, RI; Wellesley or Boston, MA; NYC Soho; Hartford, CT; Chicago, IL)

Required Qualifications

10+ years of marketing experience in B2B/B2C audience segmentation, analytics, content, acquisition and digital marketing; experience in healthcare, PBM or relevant industry preferred

5+ years management experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Proven expertise in developing best-in-class marketing strategies that move customers from awareness to consideration and adoption

Strong driver of results with a proven ability to think strategically and turn strategy into action, overseeing multiple projects to completion simultaneously

Experience collaborating with and earning the trust of Sales, Account Management and Product stakeholders to create and deliver compelling, relevant, customer-centric touchpoints

Proven ability to partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization to drive strategies forward

Experience navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed organization

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.

Master’s degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
