Position:

Marketing & Events Coordinator

Status:

Temporary PT, Maximum 200 hours

Primary Responsibilities:• Coordinate event management and production of all Legacy events.• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies for large and small-scale events happening throughout the community .• Work with Legacy staff, members, and partner representatives to design and produce digital, print, and social media promotional assets.• Support organizational and event marketing efforts with thoughtfully crafted email communications.• Support Legacy's social media efforts.• Design, integrate, and execute strategies intended to leverage public-facing events.• Research promotional events, create schedules, and attend on behalf of Legacy on a regular basis to develop relationships within the community and act as a public-facing Legacy representative.• Represents Legacy at community events professionally. Responds to inquiries in person and get new clients scheduled for consultations and other support.• Promotes Legacy events on social media
