The Opportunity

We’re an online bank, so we need exceptional technology people to keep us up and running. That’s where you come in to play. Make the move from educated to experienced with our Technology Early Talent Program. This is a fulltime employment opportunity that begins with a 12-month exploration designed to uncover your potential, advance your technical skills, and jumpstart your career in technology.

Area of Opportunity:

DPX: Digital Products and Experience

Combines technology innovation and design innovation to revolutionize how customers interact with financial institutions to achieve their wellbeing. This organization leverages advanced analytics, efficient exploratory testing, and rapid testing environments to support data-driven decisions on opportunities for personalization and user experience.

The Skills You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant field of study preferred (graduating between July 2024 and June 2025)

Ready to embrace technology & innovation

Ability to engage in creative problem solving

You believe good enough is never enough, and are passionate about winning

Effective and professional oral and written communication skills

Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner

Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships

with all levels of team members
