The Role

As a Product Marketing Specialist at LoanPro, you will play a key role in shaping how our product is understood and communicated, managing critical resources such as our knowledge base and RFP/RFI responses, and collaborating across teams to ensure all content is clear, precise, and effectively meets the needs of our users and stakeholders. You will develop a deep understanding of our target audience and the unique benefits our product offers. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Product Marketing, this role is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and financial innovation to make a significant impact at a rapidly growing company. Responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service and the Company core values, culture, policy and procedures at all times.

What You'll DoAs the Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

Write, organize, and maintain our knowledge base that includes detailed articles explaining how to use our product. Ensure that all documentation aligns with current product offerings and best practices.Develop a deep understanding of our product's functions, features, and integration capabilities.Take charge of the RFP/RFI response process by understanding our customer's requirements and responding with clear and compelling descriptions of our product's features and functionality.Work closely with product teams, sales, and customer support to gather the necessary information and insights required to develop accurate and effective content.Ensure that all content, whether internal or external, is clear, technically accurate, and appropriately tailored to meet the needs of different audience segments.An essential function of this role requires onsite work to collaborate with other team members. Remote work can be conducted at managers discretion and in accordance with company hybrid policy.What You'll Need
