Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experience working as a product marketer targeting small businesses, preferably with inventory management and/or ERP expertise, for a technology or software company.7-10 years of progressive B2B SaaS or software product marketing experience.Experience in cloud, SaaS or subscription business models targeting small businesses.Responsibilities

This is a highly strategic and high visibility role that will help Cin7 establish itself as a technology leader and guide for small business product sellers globally.The Product Marketing Director will play a critical role in the success of our business as we believe in Product Marketing's role in deeply understanding the customers and the market.This is the tip of the spear in developing market-driven strategies, products, campaigns, and experiences.Work in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the rest of the Marketing team to develop, align cross-functionally, and help execute the go-to-market strategy in the inventory management space.Develop the positioning and messaging for the target segments and audiences that differentiates the products and solutions in the market and clearly articulates and quantifies their value.Drive product and solution launches, developing launch plans and associated KPIs, and orchestrating a cross-functional team to execute launch tactics.Develop and author data/sell sheets, case studies, ROI/TCO models, white papers, customer presentations, thought leadership articles, blogs, e-books, and sales enablement materials such as FAQs, demos, competitive battle cards, and training materials in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success and the rest of Marketing.Work with the Training team to enable Sales.Clearly define and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP), buyer personas, and buyer's journey to guide integrated campaign development.Support integrated GTM by providing ongoing guidance to creative, media, communications, digital, and field marketing teams to ensure relevance and effectiveness of marketing strategies for the target segments.Conduct market, customer, competitive, and ecosystem research and analysis to derive data-driven insights and inform strategic decisions throughout the customer lifecycle (acquisition, adoption, retention, upsell/cross-sell, loyalty).Provide relevant market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback to Sales, Product, and Customer Success to help inform pricing, packaging, product development and roadmap, and customer experience considerations.Benefits
