This role requires a hands-on strategic thinker with a proven track record in demand generation, team building, and management, along with strong brand development.What you can expect from us

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and drives growth in the SMB and mid-market segments.Lead the development and execution of demand generation programs across multiple channels (digital, content, email, events, etc.) to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition.Build and enhance our brand presence in the market, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and driving brand awareness and loyalty.Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audience.Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and inform future strategies.Work closely with key stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.Be actively involved in day-to-day marketing activities, from campaign execution to performance analysis, ensuring a balance between strategy and execution.Actively participate in the respect of all the practices and security policies of the company.Requirements

Minimum of 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on SMB and mid-market segments.Prior experience working in an international environment as the team operates across France and the US.Proven track record in demand generation, brand building, and team management.Demonstrated expertise across multiple marketing areas including digital, content, email, and events.A true jack-of-all-trades who can handle various aspects of marketing.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Proven experience in leading marketing teams in high-growth environments.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.Willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day marketing operations and work alongside the leadership team to drive results.A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or an MBA is a plus.
