Head of Marketing, Amazon Buy with Prime (B2B) Job ID: 2670730 | Amazon.com Services LLCThe Buy with Prime (BwP)/MCF team’s mission is to help merchants grow their businesses beyond Amazon.com by externalizing the best of Amazon’s supply chain and direct to consumer (DTC) services. We are looking for an experienced and customer-obsessed Marketing Leader to help us delight shoppers and merchants alike. This leader will ensure marketing plays a critical role in upstream strategy creation and aligning stakeholders as well as downstream execution of strategy with the team.

Global Product Marketing for Supply Chain and direct to consumer initiatives.Lead generation, adoption, and retention of merchants across self-service registration (SSR).Segment specific marketing for SMB and Enterprise merchants.Marketing campaigns for Prime shoppers through Amazon high velocity events like Prime Day, Merchant specific topical events, On Amazon Discovery.Foundational capabilities like Brand, content, Website and Insights.

Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) aims to enable organizations across the world with reliable, cost effective, and flexible end-to-end eCommerce fulfillment solutions in order to help them scale, succeed, and offer best in class experiences to their customers. MCF represents the core fulfillment capability of Buy with Prime (BwP), a new business initiative for Amazon.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

12+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience8+ years of experience managing and developing teamsExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teamsExperience communicating results to leadersExperience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in lifecycle marketing, leads generationExperience leading across multiple localesHands on experience of working across the various sub streams of marketing like, Brand, Digital, PMM, Insights
