Our key management systems are designed to provide secure and interoperable cryptographic, distribution, and management capabilities to support mission-critical systems for the U.S. military, government agencies, coalition partners, and allies. If you are up to the challenge and have 10+ years of experience in National Security Agency (NSA), Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition, Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), and Communication Security (COMSEC) fill devices.As the Director of Business Development role for Cryptographic Systems (CS) within the Digital Grid group, you will establish and increase customer intimacy and market share by strengthening relationships with new and existing customers.Ability to collaborate with diverse government groups whose goal is to protect information supporting US National Security Systems (NSS) and networks. Comfortable working with various non-technical, technical, civilian, and military stakeholders at all levels of government from action officers to the most senior officials dedicated to protecting our nation's most sensitive information.Additionally, you'll work closely with your internal teammates from engineering, operations, and program teams who are uniquely focused on developing and delivering Cryptographically Modern (CM) systems and applications.Your work—when necessary—includes identifying and partnering with key teammates from the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) in support of CM pursuits.Must-haves:Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field of study

Thorough knowledge and understanding of one or more of the following disciplines: Business development, capture management, program management, science and engineering programs, acquisition processes, opportunity identification and qualificationDemonstrated ability to work with senior business and government leaders and to provide leadership within the workplaceWorking knowledge and experience with engineering support acquisition organizationsExperience developing account plans and capture plans for new business opportunitiesBackground in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense (Civilian), NASA/Civil or commercial space and/or US Military, with an understanding of defense, aerospace, intelligence, and adjacent marketsUnderstanding of US DOD Military programs or CIVIL Space services, and acquisition proceduresAbility to understand customer requirements and operational concepts, interpret, translate, and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiencesUnderstand NSA Type 1 Cryptographic Policy, Doctrine, Products, and PracticesProven ability to influence stakeholders and team-building skillsExperience with technical marketing, proposal development, and program management or engineering designMilitary experience may be considered in lieu of business requirementsMust be an internal and external customer-focused "Team player"Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to motivate/work with othersAbility to self-start and work independently with minimal guidanceAbility to travel up to 70%The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is requiredPreferred:10+ years of NSA, COMSEC, and Cryptographic technology experienceUnderstanding of NSA Crypto-Mod (CM) objectivesKnowledge of DoD National Security Systems (NSS) requirements and program communitiesExperience with or knowledge of NSA High Assurance (Type 1) certifications and processesUnderstand DoD acquisitions cycles and processesKnowledge/understanding of DoD network architectures as they relate to NSSFamiliarity with Anti-Tamper and TEMPEST requirementsEstimated Starting Salary: $169,182.14 - $232,625.44SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.IMPORTANT NOTICE:
