Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience in business strategy and analysis.Experience in product marketing in the tech and ads space.Preferred Qualifications

7 years of experience in the entertainment and/or sports industry, with a focus on Direct to consumer (DTC) products/brands.Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and develop strategy and ideas.Ability to drive an innovation agenda and decision-making with data and insights.Ability to operate with flexibility across functions and influence complex, matrixed and global organizations.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment and think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.About The Job YouTube Marketing’s mission is to know our users, and to connect them to the magic of our products and creators. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Drive strategy development for feature marketing and on-platform promotions across YouTube in the Living and Primetime Channels.Help to build core foundations (e.g., mission, goal, value proposition, narrative) for the Living Room.Serve as a cross-functional lead between YouTube Marketing, Product, Sales, B2B, and partnership teams.Be responsible for monitoring the performance, impact, and reporting of data-driven marketing strategies for the Living Room and Primetime Channel products.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
