Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Technology to establish and lead a team of 5-6 Product Managers. This pivotal role involves the strategic oversight and administration of our global suite of marketing applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful track record in managing marketing technology stacks and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership to devise and implement a comprehensive Global Marketing Technology Strategy & Roadmap.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a Global Marketing Technology Strategy & Roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership

Manage product usage, budgets, and renewals to ensure cost-effective marketing technology resource deployment

Administer access levels, user groups, and permissions within the marketing technology stack

Strategize, roadmap, and administer a suite of:Creative and Production Tools, including DAM, video asset management, web development/hosting, video production, workflow management, transcription, and accessibility

Marketing Analytics Tools

Events Tools

Direct mail, e-gifting, social media, ABM, and partner marketing, and others

Oversee new technology requests, manage renewals, and lead the optimization of the technology stack

Align marketing technology with cross-stack and cross-functional initiatives to support organizational objectives

Represent the Marketing department on the Enterprise Architecture Review Board and Ai Venture Board

Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, IT, and ED&A teams, ensuring alignment and satisfaction among end-users within the Marketing department

Qualifications:8-10 years of experience in support and administering Marketing Technology

At least 5 years of leadership experience in a technical role

In-depth knowledge of marketing technology applications and industry trends

Proven project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities

Demonstrated expertise in developing strategic plans and translating them into practical roadmaps

Experience in budget management and optimization of technology resources

Proficiency in managing complex marketing technology stacks

Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural work environment
