Marketing Manager

to join our Marketing Services team, an internal marketing agency focused on developing strategic marketing campaigns for AMC clients. The marketing manager leads integrated marketing initiatives for multiple clients. The role requires the development of revenue-generating and brand building strategies to attract new members and promote products, services and events. Strong writing skills, creative ideation, and social media expertise, as well as being adept in developing and implementing multiple, concurrent projects to meet deadlines is required.Position Responsibilities:

Collaborate with association client stakeholders to create marketing initiatives to support revenue growth, customer engagement, and brand authority, ensuring messaging aligns with client value propositions.Develop marketing plans and an annual calendar to include messaging themes, timelines and channels. Ensure plans encompass a holistic view of all client initiatives including products, services, events and membership.Manage multiple integrated marketing campaigns concurrently, including planning, strategy, execution, and data analysis/reporting.Manage assigned client websites, providing timely content updates, identifying opportunities to utilize the website to meet strategic goals and maximizing SEO.Collaborate with creative team and association staff to develop marketing collateral including monthly e-newsletters, social media campaigns, print and/or digital ads, press releases, emails, brochures, postcards, annual reports, and other promotional pieces, as needed.Facilitate effective communication between client stakeholders and staff, meeting client needs, and ensuring expectations are consistent across all parties involved.Monitor project and budget status and regularly report to key stakeholders. Continually improve processes and systems to ensure efficient, high-quality repeatable and documented work.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing deliverables.Foster relationships with clients to ensure effective collaboration and create an environment where clients can have an active role in the process.Provide guidance to team members to build up the team and ensure the best possible work is being completed by all hands in a project.Experience And Skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred, or relevant marketing experience will be considered.5 years’ experience in account management, market research, marketing strategy and plan development, branding, analytics, events and product marketing, and budget management. Association experience is a plus.Experience in content marketing, paid and organic search, digital advertising, and email marketing campaigns.Effective communication and collaboration skills; deadline oriented, flexible, and creative.Great interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to solve conflicts and guide project team members.Ability to organize and manage multiple projects/priorities.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Exceptional writing skills with the ability to articulate value propositions and benefits to drive engagement.A passion for good design and experience developing engaging graphics.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products.Experience with Personify or other AMS database, Google Analytics, Word Press, Canva, Feathr, PropFuel, Informz and mobile apps a plus.Ability to travel out of state and overnight on a limited basis.Association Management Center is an equal opportunity employer.
