This is an intermediate-level position, and the role will be remote, but candidates must be local to Austin, Ann Arbor, Chicago, or Denver for possible future conversion. The UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our users. If you have a strong portfolio and a passion for user-centered design, we want to hear from you!User Experience (UX) Designer Mandatory Skills3-5 years of interaction design focused on digital products.An online portfolio demonstrating interaction design process and thinking.Experience with Salesforce, Figma, and an interaction design delivery focus.Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within an iterative process and an Agile development methodology.Strong self-management skills and the ability to manage design project schedules.Experience participating in and leading design thinking sessions with cross-functional teams.Effective relationship builder with the ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various levels of the organization.Comfortable in a project-oriented work environment with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.User Experience (UX) Designer Desired SkillsFamiliarity with user-centered interaction design processes, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, conducting usability tests, and creating annotated design specifications.Ability to facilitate collaborative design sessions, lead design reviews, and drive decisions.Strong design storytelling skills and the ability to demonstrate traceability in design thinking.Experience in maintaining high standards and conducting QA at an expert level.Commitment to improving design processes and methods with an emphasis on both effectiveness and efficiency.Passionate about UX design, teamwork, and the needs of partners and users.Enthusiastic about learning more about design theory, practice, and tools.User Experience (UX) Designer Start DateAnticipated Start Date: 8/12/2024User Experience (UX) Designer LocationThis position is remote but candidates must be local to Austin, TX, Ann Arbor, MI, Chicago, IL, or Denver, CO for possible future conversion.
