The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in digital marketing. As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer engagement strategies, analyzing data, and supporting the overall digital initiatives to deliver an exceptional experience to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Data Management:
Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Segment and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
Campaign Execution:
Assist in the planning and execution of automated and one-off CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, web/app, and SMS).
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze campaign results and customer data to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve CRM processes and customer experience.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the field and marketing teams to ensure alignment on CRM strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in growth, performance, digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, etc).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Passion for wellness, fitness, and the SoulCycle brand.
Salary:
$60,000 - $75,000
This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
