Duties and Responsibilities
To create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and design concepts.
To prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material according to instructions / request / needs.
To create and design graphic content to creative items.
To conceive new ideas and create artworks when required.
To conduct thorough research and have strong market awareness and understanding.
To ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
To collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirement and objectives.
To liaise with print vendors to oversee print production processes and ensure quality standards are met.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
RequirementsQualification:
Candidate with at least Diploma in Art/ Design/ Multimedia/ Visual Communication or equivalent.
Experience:
Candidate with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in property development industry.
Candidate who has book layout design experience is an added advantage.
Skills:
Candidate who is proficient in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
Candidate who possesses good communication skills as we as written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidate who possesses strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines
Candidate who possesses strong creativity skills and aesthetic sense, adept at capturing details and emphasizing quality.
Candidate who possesses collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Candidate who possesses a strong knowledge of design layout.
Candidate who possesses project management skills, prioritization skills with strong attention to detail, high-quality work ethic and manages resources effectively.
Others:
Candidate must be highly collaborative to work as a team and self- motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
Candidate must be able to multitask and proactive in a fast-paced enviroment.
RequirementsQualification:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience and possesses knowledge in basic web programming, web design, e-Commerce, and Open Source Content Management System (CMS).
Skills:
Good command in spoken and written communication both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Well-versed with IT software and agile development environment.
A proactive personality to keep up with new technologies, applications, and environment.
Others:
Highly collaborative to work as a team & self-motivated to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good work ethics.
