The hotel features adaptable spaces, a lobby with comfortable areas, and guest rooms with full kitchens and multi-functional furniture.Job OverviewMeets and exceeds revenue goals by developing new accounts and growing current hotel accounts.ResponsibilitiesAchieves a minimum of 90% of productivity goals and 100% of activity goals.Leads direct reports to achieve property sales goals.Targets appointment-oriented sales calls to ensure a successful direct sales program.Maximizes current hotel key accounts for revenue growth.Oversees hotel’s long-term leasing strategy.Captures competitor's accounts through networking and research.Plans and implements an on-going Targeted Account Development
