The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to approximately four faculty members of the School of Medicine and their labs, including handing graduate financial support records, processing student visas, appointing postdocs, and general office administrative support (expense reimbursements, purchase orders, meeting schedules). Graphic Designer Pay and Benefits:
• Hourly pay: $30/hr
• Worksite: Leading University (Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
• Brainstorming and strategizing with teams or clients to create high-quality designs, maintaining brand consistency, and managing project materials using a content management system.
• Work on the company's website, creating, updating, and managing web pages to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Responsible for formatting essays in InDesign, identifying and resolving design process flaws, ensuring designs meet organizational standards, and staying updated with design trends and market intelligence.
• Create social media graphics, design elements for email invitations, and prepare print-ready files for local vendors.
Graphic Designer Qualifications:
• Proficient in current design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
• Need expertise in all phases of the design process from concept to final delivery.
• Lastly, the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
• The ability to work independently while meeting deadlines is crucial. Excellent communication and organization skills are a must.
