Are you passionate about HR technology and trends? Do you enjoy collaborating on impactful initiatives, working with cross-functional teams, and experimenting with new ideas for GTM activities? We are looking for a product and solution marketer to support strategic programs that drive awareness and communicate the value of Workday offerings for the oCHRO buying center.As a product marketer at Workday, you will position and promote our suite of products for the office of the oCHRO, support demand generation and sales enablement initiatives, and develop content for in-person and virtual events.Responsibilities:

Strategic Insights, Messaging and Positioning: Support various initiatives to articulate the Workday vision and value to the office of the oCHRO through effective messaging and positioning.Integrated Marketing Plan Partnership: Partner with Global Campaigns teams on oCHRO-led programs across our various product offerings.Analyst Relations Support: Deliver collaborative initiatives focused on various analyst relations activities, including survey responses, briefings, demos etc.Tier 1 Events Support: Collaboratively partner on marquee events to create exceptional customer experiences that drives awareness of oCHRO product suite.Market facing content strategy and execution: Help design and deliver customer and prospect facing assets to solidify oCHRO messaging and positioning.Sales Enablement: Assist in developing buyer-centric sales enablement and provide HCM deal support.About You Basic Qualifications:

Experience in product marketing.Demonstrated experience simplifying complex information into compelling positioning, messaging and storytelling.Other Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written expression.An active and highly empathetic listener, with the capacity to tailor messages to different contexts and stakeholders.Experience with Enterprise software in the HCM space.Experience working with large, global teams.Proven track record of successful partnership with sales.Experience in a fast-paced work environment.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Consistent achievement or overachievement of assigned goals and targets.Ability to work under pressure, on multiple projects, and supporting multiple sales teams.Collaborative with those in other roles to work towards shared goals.Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
