This person will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, adeptly managing the marketing team, guiding the creative team, and measuring results for accountability. This role is a collaborative opportunity to lead the development and execution of marketing, creative, and production initiatives. It calls for a unique blend of exceptional creativity and the ability to assess and act on performance analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesMotivate, direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of the marketing team including hiring, training, workloads, schedules, and deadlines.Partner to develop highly impactful, consumer-centric messaging that builds an engaged audience for the brand and drives new customer acquisition and promotes customer retention.Manage and create where necessary, all marketing calendars including promotional, departmental, philanthropic, email, new store opening and social media calendars.Accelerate brand growth and the creative vision of the brand: develop and execute plans that amplify the brand and brand messages across all consumer/shopper journey touchpoints.Manage an annual marketing budget and measure marketing campaign costs.Responsible for executing overall content strategy and copy writing to drive a clear and consistent brand message through web content, email blasts, marketing collateral and social media platforms.Present all creative strategy and collateral to VP Retail and GM Retail.Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, agencies, and vendors, and manage day-to-day communication to ensure delivery to goals.Manage marketing-related agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.Develop consumer facing marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive consumer loyalty.Lead consumer and brand learning, including consumer research; this includes periodic analysis of the brand, category, and customer/consumer trend.Develop, implement, drive and oversee all brand and seasonal strategies & initiatives across ecommerce and retail.Work with Ecommerce Director to coordinate assets needed for digital marketing initiatives and the HUSTLER Hollywood website. Execute and create weekly, monthly, seasonal digital campaigns that tie with overall marketing campaign.Drive digital marketing positioning (Website, SEO, SEM, Digital campaigns, CRM, Content Marketing).Create innovative promotions to drive traffic to retail stores which, in turn, drives increased sales.Focus on social media ad buys through various social media platforms in capture leads.Oversee the execution of marketing plan, photoshoots, content development, and social and influencer strategies.Other duties as assigned.Requirements4-year degree required (marketing or business degree highly desired) equivalent experience.5+ years of marketing and creative management experience with at least 2 of those years focused on retail (brick and mortar) businesses (i.e. crafting marketing messages, creating quality marketing collateral, and social media marketing).2+ years managing other employees at the coordinator or above level.Must have experience in retail, preferably brick and mortar and e-commerce.Event planning experience required.Excellent communication skills and able to conduct business negotiations skillfully.Must have strong problem-solving skills that allow for a proactive approach to the business and organizational skills necessary to complete multiple tasks within deadlines.Ability to work under tight deadlines and take direction well.Ability to work well both independently as well as an integral member of a tight-knit team.Comp:
