3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand for our life sciences side of business. This person will have a deep understanding of digital marketing as well as a strong background in product marketing to successfully run campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Product and Sales teams to develop a deep understanding of the needs of various audience segments, key personas, and buying process. You will also be responsible for planning, organizing, and equipping sales teams with marketing resources that help generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.

Primary Duties Include, but Are Not Limited to:

Develop and execute demand generation programs to drive leads and sales pipeline growthCollaborate with product, sales, and other cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programsDevelop and execute marketing campaigns, programs, and supporting content used in both online/digital and offline environmentsArticulate the value proposition of products, capture features and benefits, and translate these details into compelling messaging and contentEnable sales with relevant marketing materials, including sell sheets, presentation decks, email templates, and trainingCommunicate with and educate sales team regarding new and planned marketing activitiesTrack and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize programs accordinglyDesired Skills and Experience:

7+ years of direct experience in marketing within a healthcare or life sciences settingBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fieldProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business resultsExpertise in digital marketing channels and tacticsExpertise in product marketing strategy and execution, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planningHighly developed training, presentation, and written communication skillsHigh adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and changeExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levelsExperience with Salesforce and/or Pardot a plusWhat We Offer: We know you bring your whole self to work every day.
