The Director of Sales and Marketing will develop and maintain a unified plan for all sales and marketing segments across all three of our Milwaukee properties.Lead maximized profitability - know how to book the right business in the right locations at the right time at the right prices.Attract, select, train, and develop a team of sales leaders.Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that all sales goals and market share targets are on track and to develop market and sales strategies.What You'll Bring

A mastery of brand pricing, brand forecasting, digital marketing strategies and analysis tools, and overall strategy across the market.Prior hospitality experience is required; supporting multiple properties is preferred.Candidates should possess a 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent hotel experience including 5+ years of sales experience in a similar sized operation.What You Can Look Forward To
