Sr. Manager, Creative

you’ll be a driving force in Roundel providing creative direction for brand work, solutions and experiential campaigns and activations. You’ll lead internal and/or external creative teams and agencies to develop smart, imaginative, clear & compelling assets that demonstrate and amplify Roundel’s value proposition. You’ll collaborate with external agency partners to ensure compelling, connected, visual storytelling that drives demand for our services and solutions. Critical to this role you will have a strong expertise in language to guide and shape our Brand voice. You will build flexible creative communication and conceptual ideas that is rooted in narrative-based storytelling shaped by an inspired visual world. You’ll provide the creative vision to guide and inspire external creative teams/agencies as well as internal teams to meet and exceed business and marketing objectives and in alignment to our strategic brand goals.Your work will live across channels, including Video, Social, Digital, Display, Experiential, Media partnerships and impactful industry moments. Multi-tasking and collaborating with partners across creative and marketing disciplines, you are responsible for providing clear, actionable and timely feedback, and meeting project deadlines. You demonstrate critical thinking, present a clear POV and make informed and timely decisions. You are comfortable guiding the work and in presenting to partners and stakeholders across the organization with clear creative positioning. You will need to demonstrate excellent conceptual ideas. Critical to this role is staying current with industry experiences rooted in Audience work and Media connections. You will also think strategically about creative structure, processes and resources required to deliver best-in-class creative output.We’ll support you along the way with personal and career development, to help you grow as a lead creative within Roundel.

Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.A successful candidate will be an integral member of the Roundel Marketing team, reporting to Roundel’s Director of Marketing.About you:Four-year degree or equivalent experience7+ years of creative experienceDemonstrated ability to lead campaign teams, including providing meaningful feedback and managing performanceExperience developing successful work for clients.Strong conceptual skills and expertise in cultivating Brand voice, strong narrative-based storytelling, strategic communication shaped by a strong visual world and conceptual creative ideas.Possesses refined presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to align partners in high stakes moments.Ability to lead teams through challenging moments, keeping them motivated and results focused.Be able to think fast on your feet to resolve issues that arise in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.Agency experience preferredAbility to work hybrid, with in-person work at Target’s Minneapolis HQ at least once per weekAmericans with Disabilities Act (ADA)Target will provide reasonable accommodations with the application process upon your request as required to comply with applicable laws.
