If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.Harris School Solutions - ERP & Food Services - RemoteAs the Vice President of Sales & Marketing of a business delivering FINS Education (ERP) and School Nutrition Software (Food Services), you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.You will work closely with our customer service, product development, and professional services teams to create a seamless experience for our customers in an inclusive environment of talented K-12 Education professionals from all backgrounds.The ideal candidate is a creative and energetic self-starter with a passion for the betterment of the K-12 Education or Public Sector Software Landscape.Compensation -$85k-$105k Base Salary;Competitive Compensation packages will be offered based on skill and commitment (Booking/Rev Quota).Monthly Cellphone ReimbursementLimited Education reimbursement (books/tuition rebates; up to $3k per year).Core Responsibilities:Build and execute a marketing campaign to distribute our FIN Tech and Food Services solutions.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and grow revenue.Foster an environment of creativity and innovation that empowers the team to develop unique solutions.Identify new business opportunities and develop new sales channels.Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture that rewards success.Daily/Weekly Duties:Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.Coach Account Executives in qualifying opportunities and prospects.Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.Ensure accurate forecasting of monthly bookings and costs.Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management.Collaborate with Operations and other departments for successful implementation.Other duties as assigned by the SVP or EVP of the Business.Remote Business primarily - Travel as needed, 30-50%.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a Leadership role.Experience in education and nutrition software sales is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to travel as needed.Salesforce experience is preferred.If you are an energetic, creative, and results-driven Sales Leader with a passion for education and nutrition, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
