Santech Solution Inc is looking for a Director - Marketing who will lead all our full spectrum of marketing activities from events, social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects.

Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Events, Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.

Set, monitor, and report on team goals.

Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.

Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material).

Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.

Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.

Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features).

Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

Design and implement processes to enhance sales productivity, through market analysis, pipeline management, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com), and lead generation.

Oversee and respond to procurement-driven RFPs & RFIs (Healthcare Provider Data Management Solutions) with financial analysis & presentations.

Manage Analyst Relations, ensuring research report coverage for the company.

Initiate and develop new Partner relationships and strategies.

Marketing Management:

Demonstrate advanced marketing expertise in devising innovative go-to-market strategies for B2B products.

Create appealing product videos, branding strategies, case studies, and web content.

Generate product demand and enhance user engagement by introducing omni-channel demand generation programs.

Employ a multi-channel approach in crafting integrated digital marketing strategies focusing on lead generation.

Create brand awareness while regularly monitoring program performance, thus optimizing the media mix.

Spearhead a marketing team, administering hiring and training for marketing staff and product marketing.

Requirements:

Experience 10-12 years in running successful corporate marketing teams.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing or related field.

Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably in the healthcare technology industry.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing, marketing analytics (e.g., Google AdWords), business development processes, and event management.

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com).

Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.

Strong analytical and process-oriented approach to work and team management.

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
