Our ‘Here For You’ Employee Assistance Program is available for our employees globally, providing confidential emotional support, financial and legal advice free of charge.Your key responsibilities• P&L Leadership: Oversee the marketing P&L, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all marketing expenses. Implement strategies to optimize and drive efficiencies.• Budget Management and Allocation: Develop, manage, and oversee substantial marketing budgets. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI) and meet financial objectives.• Development of Decision Frameworks: Create robust frameworks for decision-making on marketing spend. Ensure these frameworks are data-driven, flexible, and align with overall business objectives.• ROI Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed ROI analyses for marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and inform future spend.• Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Global Head of Marketing to integrate financial strategies with broader marketing objectives and company goals.• Financial Forecasting: Deliver accurate financial forecasts, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities within the Marketing department.• Tool Proficiency: Utilize and integrate latest marketing and financial tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce, and Highspot to streamline decision-making and financial management.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to ensure cohesive financial strategies, effective communication, and alignment with our corporate vision and strategic objectives.Your skills and experience that will help you excel• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in managing marketing budgets, understanding ROIs, and creating decision-making frameworks, preferably in a consumer goods company.• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is preferred.• Technical Skills: Basic level of understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Highspot etc.• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on details, accuracy, and strategic thinking.• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at presenting financial information clearly and persuasively.• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate teams.How we’ll support you• Our culture of high performance and innovation relies on our people sharing their knowledge and lifting each other up.
