Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the senior living communities in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior living sales and marketing, strong leadership skills, and a strategic vision to drive performance and growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Sales and Marketing Directors in multiple communities.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages high performance and professional development.

Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics for each community, including occupancy rates, lead conversion, and revenue growth. Implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve targets.

Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of Sales and Marketing Directors and their teams.

Develop and manage the regional marketing budget. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the senior living or healthcare industry.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Ability to travel frequently within the Illinois and Wisconsin region.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
